We are in the process of creating a list of free utilities and programs that should be installed by most users. We have all helped a number of friends and family members purchase and setup computers. Most of the time they are used to there old machines or the machine is setup. These old setups my or may not reflect the realty of there new computer. Many times programs that they users had installed are missing; especially for handling audio, images, and pdf files.
